The infinite riches of the Dordogne
The Domaine de Puybeton is ideally located in the heart of Périgord, a multitude of cultural and sporting activities are nearby!
Any escapade is discovered, at each corner of the road nestle sublime villages with white stones, elegant residences or marvelous fortified castles.
This preserved and omnipresent nature is conducive to a large number of sports and leisure activities such as the famous descent of the Dordogne by canoe or traditional barge, hiking, horse riding…
A thousand and one castles
Legend says that 1001 castles dot the Dordogne. You will find them nestled in the valleys, overlooking the hills or in the heart of the vineyards. Châteaux dans les Arbres are inspired by 5 of them in the architecture of its cabins:
Milandes Castle, Biron Castle, Chateau Jumilhac, Chateau Hautefort and the Monbazillac Castle. If you want to visit some, the closest castles to the estate are the Biron Castle, that of Monbazillacor even the Bridoire Castle well known for its escape games.
Towns and villages of character
The domain is medieval villages. You will find within a perimeter of 15 kilometers the village of Monpazier and Villeréal, both classified among the most beautiful villages in France, or that of Beaumontois en Périgord or Issigeac. These picturesque villages and full of charms have a lot of personality. In particular, you can take advantage of the morning markets in these villages with their alleys decorated with local producers and thus discover the specialties of the region. You can also discover Sarlat , just one hour from the estate and its beautiful surrounding villages (Beynac, Domme, La Roque Gageac...).
Land of prehistory
With 400,000 years of human history, the Dordogne conceals a rich prehistoric heritage. The cliffs that you can observe along the rivers hide the treasures of our ancestors. We are also the department with one of the largest concentrations of prehistoric sites in the world. Without a doubt the most famous cave in the Dordogne remains the Lascaux cave but many other sites like the caves of Maxange, THE Caves of Roc de Cazelle, Or La Roque-Saint-Christophe. You can also visit theBournat Park which traces prehistoric trades, just 40 minutes from the estate.

Events Clos des Charmes
Located in the heart of Périgord Pourpre, a stone's throw from Castles in the Trees, this cottage can accommodate up to 38 people.
It has 12 bedrooms including 2 suites, 8 bathrooms, a dining room for 38 people, a living room, and a large equipped kitchen.
The cottage also has several areas dedicated to relaxation: a wellness area (swimming lane, spa, jacuzzi, hammam), a lounge bar with its games room and a fitness area with muscle and cardiovascular strengthening equipment.
A large illuminated hall located on the park of the domain can accommodate various events such as weddings, seminars, birthdays...
