Arrival departure



From what time can we arrive?

Arrivals take place between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The reception being closed after this time, please notify us in case of delay or late arrival by telephone so that we can give you the code which will allow you to recover the keys of your cabin in the key box provided. available at reception.

From what time must we vacate the cabin?

You can enjoy the cabin until 11 a.m. the next day. Then we are waiting for you at the reception for the last formalities.



On-site catering



How is the breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the price of the night, except for the Hautefort hut where it is optional. The basket is delivered between 8 am and 10 am (to be agreed with you the day before), there awaits you a breakfast with pastries, bread, butter, various jams, fruit juices….

Can we dine in the cabins, is there a kitchen?
In the Hautefort hut which has a kitchen yes. Otherwise all the others don't. There is also no device to reheat or keep your food cold. The mini bars in the cabins are not intended for this purpose. In addition to the night, we offer meal options: "bistro platters", "gastronomic platters", "vegetarian platters", and the "local tasting basket".
Meal trays must be reserved no later than one week before your arrival (by email). The basket can be ordered the same day before 6 p.m.

To prepare for your stay



Are animals allowed?
No, unfortunately, no animal will be accepted regardless of its size for health and safety reasons.

Do we need to provide our sheets and towels?
For your comfort, bed and bath linens and bathrobes are provided.

Do you provide disposable slippers for the spa?
For the sake of ecology, we do not provide disposable slippers, remember to bring yours in your suitcase!

How do we access the cabins?
A footbridge allows you to access it, only the Monbazillac hut also has a spiral staircase.
On your arrival we will take you there with your luggage on board an electric cart. All your other trips will be on foot.

Where do you park your car?
Private parking is located at the reception level. No access to the huts is possible by car.

Can we arrive by helicopter?
No worries, just let us know a week in advance so that the landing area and windsock can be prepared for you!


During your stay



Can we walk on the estate?
Yes of course, you can enjoy the place, plan comfortable shoes to walk on our domain and in the surroundings.

Are the cabanas heated/air conditioned?
All our huts have heating and air conditioning as well as a towel dryer in the bathroom.

Are the spas shared or private?
Each cabin is equipped with a private spa on its terrace. It is heated in all seasons between 36°C and 38°C.


Security



Can we smoke?
On the terrace yes, however, it is forbidden to smoke inside the cabin.

Can we come with children/babies?
Of course, but only in our family cabins that can accommodate more than 2 people: the "Milandes" and "Hautefort" cabins.
The rental of a chair and cot is possible on request at the rate of 30€/stay.


Reservation



What are the methods of payment? Credit card, bank transfer, cash, money order, holiday voucher.
Is there a deposit to be paid when booking? We ask you to pay your entire stay before your arrival in order to validate your reservation.

Can we book a stay in your cabins via a smartbox/wonderbox box? We are not part of the list of “smartbox/wonderbox” service providers, so you cannot reserve one of our “Castles in the trees” via this type of box.
